Used in the 80-8  slightly different mounting than normal and with plastic plug

this head will last a very long time I am most impressed by the condition of these so decided to offer them out to serious collectors

Tascam 244 and many others Control arm and variable resistor Taken from an RSD mixingThis is now a very very rare spare its a piece of plastic on a pot that you set the control belt to it has to line up with a hole in the metal bar that holds it so that when it turns on or off its set at the right place or it wont extend the heads backwards and forwards that's why if the belt breaks you cannot get the heads to retract.
